Monday, June 1, 2009 Slack & Eat Alot Day Darling and I woke up at 12pm today. We had the chicken rice, which my mum prepared before she went out in the morning and i watch him prepare for his appt at my house. I went to bathe when my mother came back and we drove to Giant with my sister. Bought fries from Giant and darling fried the whole packet for us, my sister and my mum to share. Left my house at 6pm to go to his house for dinner. We went to the Sheng Siong near his hhouse cos i wanted to buy something for his mum, in case she is unhappy that darling did not go home the night before. When we reached his house, we immediately had dinner. We shared 2 bowls of mee siam and a plate of noodles cos there were too much left over. Then, as we were watching TV, we shared a dumpling, cos 是他的妈妈包的 so must eat. After that, just before i was going to leave, we finished a bag of chips. Oh! And we shared 2 packets of instant noodles the night before @ 2am because i was hungry. Must starve myself for the next few days. Although i'm getting fat, something worth getting happy over happened today. We haven't been able to settle on a place to live in IF we get married. From time to time, i'll ask darling where he wants to stay in and his ans is always either AMK or serangoon or somewhere in the northeast area. So today, i asked him again and his ans was the same. I told him i dont wanna stay in AMK because it's an old estate, as in alot of older ppl stays there and so the facilities are more for old ppl. Then, as he was walking me to the car, he said "Ok lah. If you can find any suitable flats in Tampines this year then keep me informed loh." I was elated when he said that but now i feel a little bad cos he had to give in alot to make this decision. We can always stay with his parents. I don't mind at all. Hee! Going to attend a cooking class with bao xia on friday! Can't wait to meet up.. Hee. I wanna go swimming~~ =( |
