13.2.2009 (Friday the Thirteen)

Went to Wala Wala with with darling, Meixin, Peijun and Zhuen because i wanted to introduce EIC to them. Actually, it was more because of i wanted to let them see Jac and hope that they’ll agree with me that he’s kind of cute lah. But the 1st reaction i got from Meixin was that he looks old. Then she went on to say that they are all kind of old. Haha.

Anyway, i think they did not really enjoy themselves because Zhuen thinks that the music is too loud and Meixin wrote that it was better than expected because she expected it to be really bad. Hee. Anyway, we left before that sang their last song that night.

Before EIC came at about 10pm, another band called 37 (or was it 57? 35?) was singing. Actually, it was only a very pretty girl, with pretty eyes and a nice smile, and another guy whom i think looks like Lee Hom. They were good! The girl can sing really well and her voice was jazzy. And she’s a very nice sight to see. Really pretty!! Zhuen and Meixin says she looks like Faye from FIR.

We dedicated songs for both bands. And the girls dedicated Way Back Into Love for me and YZ but of course EIC didn’t sing because they don’t know how to and i guess it’s not their kind of song too.

14.2.2009 (Valentines Day)

Instead of going out to celebrate, darling came over to my house, after his training, and we both cooked dinner together for my mum, my sis and her BF. We cooked Japanese curry and pasta. Although it was our 1st time cooking Japanese curry and pasta, under the guidance of my sister, we managed to cook a relatively delicious dinner for them. At least i think we did a decent job. Haha. I tried to make salad, the meixin style and it turned out good also. Except i didn’t peel the skin of the pear, which is not edible because it’s very hard to chew. No pictures were taken because we were busy cooking and after we were done cooking, we eat immediately because we were hungry. Haha.

Darling and i went to rent a DVD to watch, bought chips, which he finished almost all himself, and haagen dazs ice cream for my family. Darling also bought cakes from Cafe Cartel for my sisters as Vday cake, and they were at 50% off! Haha.

Although it was a simple Vday, but it was still a day spent with him.

Wanna thank a certain friend, who is currently in ShangHai, for giving me advise on certain very important issues. In the past, i would be too hard headed to take her advice, but now, guess we have both matured and toned down. Haha. Thank you Jenny!!
