Monday, August 4, 2008 In a few hours time, darling is going for his ICT and in another few hours time, classes will start. Sigh. Camp was officially over in saturday morning, 7am. I shall briefly summarise the 1 week camp. Day 1 - 28 July It was the most unlucky day for us. My group had pool games, we brought the logistics over to the pool early, hoping to be able to get into the pool earlier to set up. We did get the chance to enter the pool slightly earlier, but even before we moved all our logistics inside, 'BOOM!!!' on of our rubber tubings burst. It's like once in 100 years will a rubber tubing burst and you have to be super duper suay for it to happen, and it happened to us. Our another game, which requires 2 person to sit on a suntan float had a small hole and so, in the end, we changed the whole game until it was nothing like the initial game we wanted to play. I almost cried during the game cos i thought it was so screwed up. But something cheered me up. When i returned to my room at 1am plus, totally shagged from helping peijun as umpire, i found lots of of favourite food on my table. Lexus peanut butter biscuits and frosties on my table and soy bean milk and yakult ace lite in my fridge. Since i saw the drinks in the fridge 1st, i thought it was peijun who bought them, then, they asked me to look at my table and i saw on one of the biscuit boxes, there was a note saying 'From your Darling'. I was so happy and touched!! I messaged him to thank him and... yeah... i was touched beyond words. He doesn't really give surprises so when he does give one, i was really surprised and TOUCHED. Hee. Then, when we were looking peijun's key, which she asked darling to put in her shoes when he leave, darling appeared. Haha. He went to Junjie's room to slack to wait for me. I'm was so happy on monday. Day 2 - 29 July Tuesday was night game for my group. It went rather smoothly, i was able to slack a while with peijun and meixin at their station before preparing for finale. I thought that the finale was fun! Haha. It was hilarious. There were balls of steel and bluetooth. Haha. Funny funny. Day 3 - 30 July We had our first outside game at Tampines. The game started late and we had to end on time for fright night so we had to cut the game short. We did not play our finale, but the game was rather okay. Day 4 - 31 July Our last and major game, SP night!! We were all very nervous, fearing that something will go wrong some where that night. But our host was so fun and hilarious. Haha. I think it went rather well. Day 5 - 1 August Last day of camp. Helped out during meixin's game and got a terrible sunburn. Darling came over at night for 泼水节. It's my first time playing this game and i thought it was rather fun! Haha. I think the freshies were abit irritated though. They had to try so hard to get to the top of the stairs with the lighted candle while we try to extinguish it. Haha. There wasn't the camp finale song though. Sad. That sums up the camp. On saturday, i woke up at 330pm and went out with darling for dinner. After that we went shopping and i bought 2 tops! Thanks darling for not stopping me from buying. He understood that i needed retail therapy. Hee. |
